Terms of Trade:

We will process and send orders once payment has been received, and cleared where appropriate. If there is likely to be a delay due to low stock levels we will inform you as soon as we can. We aim to fulfill orders from stock and send within 7 days of receipt of your payment, however if there is likely to be a delay for any reason then we will let you know so that you have the option to cancel/postpone your order should you wish to so do.

Payment methods:

We accept most regular credit and debit cards, Paypal, Direct Bank Transfers and Personal Cheques. Please follow the instructions onscreen as you go through the ordering process.
For both bank transfer payments, and cheques, once you submit your order you will arrive at a screen which gives you details on how to complete your order by your chosen method. Direct bank transfers are easiest to do if you already use online banking services - and have the advantage of clearing more quickly than cheques, and are less likely to get lost in the post!
For Paypal orders you will be taken through the Paypal system to complete payment that way.
Orders are sent out once full payment has been recieved and cleared; please be aware this can take up to 10 days for some cheque payments.

Post and packing costs:

Our postage rates for any size order are:
  • UK 1st class £2.50
  • EU £3.50
We regret we are unable to accept orders from customers based in the United States of America or Canada.

Errors and Omissions:

Please check your order on receipt to ensure that you have recieved the correct items and quantity. Please notify us of any errors or omissions within 7 days.

Returns:

We aim to supply only the best quality products, along with a friendly and efficient service, and hope that you will have no reason to return your items, however we do allow for human error and offer the following returns policy:

If you are dis-satisfied in any way with any of your order please let us know as soon as possible, and return the unwanted, or defective items within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us and we ask that you obtain at least a proof of posting in case the item should go astray in the post.

Unwanted goods must be returned in "as new" re-saleable condition and a refund will be issued once we have checked and are satisfied that they are in a re-saleable condition. 

Defective items will either be repaired or replaced depending on the defect. We will offer a refund of return postage in the event of a defect being found.

Your personal details as given on the order form or any form of communication are held by us for the following reasons:

  • In order that we can process your order smoothly
  • In order that we can find your details in the event of your needing to return items for whatever reason.
  • So that we can inform you of any new developments, if you have chosen to be informed.
  • And so that we can keep up to date accounts. The personal information kept for accounts is minimal and will not lead to your being identified by anyone outside Lauriebeck Enterprises.

We do not, and never will, pass on your details to any third party so you will not receive unsolicited mailings as a result of being a customer of ours.

If at any time you wish to change, check, update, or be removed from our mailing list please email us and we will do this immediately.

To the best of our knowledge the above terms comply with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, and the Data Protection Act of 1998. Please let us know if there is anything we have overlooked/failed to mention.
